Kathleen is an expert in the field of therapeutic humor and its impact on health and corporate morale and is the self-proclaimed poster-person of the Sandwich Generation. She is the funniest woman in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri and quite possibly the Western Hemisphere.
Humor and personal growth keynote speaker, Kathleen Passanisi talks about how our internal tune affects our external actions and performance. As a speaker who often finds herself staring out at a crowd of unenthused employees who don’t know her and have been obligated to attend her workshop, she has had to learn firsthand how to shake off outside influences in order to bring full confidence and energy to the stage.
On one occasion, her husband was reading her the rather intimidating bios of other speakers who would be presenting at a conference alongside her. The list included a worldwide renowned communication expert, an Olympic athlete, and a Harvard graduate. “I looked at that list and I just picked out a few words,” Passanisi recalls. “I said, ‘Diana Booher is a communication expert - I can talk. And I got a red, white, and blue jacket. And I got a t-shirt that says Harvard. Who’s to know?’”
Therapeutic humor expert, Kathleen Passanisi livens up dull meetings with an upbeat message on how you can boost your quality of life and work by seeing your daily grind in a new light. The self-proclaimed funniest woman in Lake St. Louis, Missouri (and possibly the Western Hemisphere), Passanisi works from a six-dimensional wellness framework. Throughout her fast pace presentations, she models examples of how you can leverage the comic aspects of life and consciously change your perspective. Past audiences from Fortune 500 to cancer survivors and women’s groups to trauma teams, have extracted irreplaceable value from Passanisi’s techniques and humor.
Quality of life is so much more than reducing stress or having some money in the bank. Kathleen′s presentations on life balance and wellness are designed to help participants make conscious choices that improve all dimensions of their well-being: physical, mental, emotional, social, vocational, and spiritual health. She delivers an enlightening message relevant to every adult group.
