Ready? The 3Rs of Preparing Your Organization for the Future
The world is shifting and it's fast and furious. The world is more connected every day. Global challenges are multiplying - and the institutions that we expect to take care of these issues can't do it alone. Are you - and your organization - ready for this world? If not, you had better get ready - if you don't rethink your business, someone else will.

From interviews with 156 CEOs and senior leaders of organizations from around the world and our work with top teams of leading companies, this book offers insights and practical tools for leaders preparing their businesses, and themselves, for the future. The focus is what actions can be taken today to prepare - including how to bridge the gap between delivering today and succeeding in the future.

Must-Win Battles: How to Win Them, Again and Again
Must-Win Battles shows leaders exactly how to identify the 3 to 5 critical challenges most likely to make or break their businesses — and then mobilize people and resources to successfully execute on them. This book draws on the authors′ exceptional experience as world-class consultants and leading-edge business researchers, and builds on the highly successful executive program they created for IMD, one of the world′s best business schools.

The authors show leaders how to cut through uncoordinated initiatives, create a short list of true "must-wins," focus relentlessly on them, and infuse their organizations with renewed energy and effectiveness. Along the way, discover how to recognize which victories will make the greatest difference, avoid unwinnable battles, drive consensus when somebody′s ox is inevitably being gored, make sure must-win battles are specific and measurable, and change the behavior of your top management team to lock in this laser-sharp focus for future battles.

    Accelerating International Growth
The third title from Executive Development from IMD is devoted to Accelerating International Growth, one of today′s most crucial business challenges. It provides the knowledge and the tools needed to speed up the development process and reach a stronger global position efficiently and quickly, and is firmly focused on answering the real questions facing leading companies as they undertake expansion in the field.

Accelerating International Growth focuses on the strategic, organizational and human aspects of international growth. The book is aimed at practising managers in companies that are either in the process of expanding internationally, or are considering whether to do so.

Philip Rosenzweig and his IMD colleagues combine a thorough conceptual understanding of the attractions and challenges of international growth with a practical explanation of the key elements of successful implementation. Foreign entry modes, managing entry and post-entry phases, cross-border joint ventures, organizational learning, and human resource management are all explored in detail. Readers will emerge with the skills to clearly understand what drives the process, identify the key challenges, and avoid the greatest pitfalls.
