Sheryl Grimme, M.S., is an honors graduate of Nova Southeastern University's School of Social & Systemic Studies. She has conducted ongoing weekly workshops for The Southeast Center for Stress & Anxiety, as well as seminars in a variety of settings, including Motorola, South Florida Manufacturers Association, ASTD, National Association of Female Executives, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Women In Distress, and the City of Pompano. In addition to her private practice, Sheryl has counseled and trained individuals and groups at various treatment centers and hospitals (such as The Renfrew Center and The Retreat). Active in ASTD, she has served on the Board of Directors of the Mental Health Association. Her monthly Focus On Women seminars have drawn record attendance.
