He was recently featured nationwide in the Associated Press. The Rocky Mountain News hailed his act as "poised and polished," Seattle Post-Intelligencer called him "likeable, good natured ...clever." "A good laugh is the key to success in the business world!" Nick claims.

He is an international touring comedian, speaker and comedy writer. He has opened for such comedy greats as Jay Leno, Paula Poundstone and Jerry Seinfeld. He has addressed hundreds of groups, such as AT&T, GTE, Sheraton, Motorola, the Institute of Canadian Bankers, National Management Association and the Society of Government Meeting Planners. He specializes in the topics of humor, humor in the workplace, change, motivation, positive communication, teamwork, balance and stress reduction, plus he often also emcees awards ceremonies. Author of a popular humor book, he has also been an actor, and has appeared in a variety of films and TV commercials. He has worked in sales, hospitality industry, and education. He has won awards for his work in the mortgage banking world in his "former" life.

Nick's clean and clever messages hit home with humor and depth, reaching all types of groups. He's often found talking to groups needing a rousing "lift" and good laugh or those going through changes such as cutbacks or doing more with less. His caring attitude towards his audiences is easy to observe, and he enjoys getting to know his audiences before and after the presentation!

Nick's interactive humor workshops involve some of the techniques professional comedians use to find something funny in everyday events in our lives along with some improvisational comedy techniques to encourage spontaneity - workshops to show us ways to find humor in our everyday lives, at home or at work.

"When we can't laugh, we've lost everything," Nick says. "Laughing is good for us - it increases productivity, brings people together and helps us deal with our problems. A sense of humor is no longer a desired trait in the business world - it is a required trait!"

Nick is based in Southern California, formerly from the Pacific Northwest. Nick holds a B.A. in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University.
