Kivi Bernhard introduces his unique concept of Leopardology, telling audiences that they must take stock and equip themselves to be as efficient a predator as the king of the African bush. He urges, “Ask, what is it that I have as a key proficiency within my organization, as an individual, as an entity that brings me that much closer to long-term client contact. Here's the thing, we often read through prospectuses and involved corporate mission statements, but this, ladies and gentlemen, is what corporate mission statement looks like in the African bush: ‘Hunt or be hunted, have a good day, signed God.’"

He explains how the predatory mentality is the only one which can possibly be adopted if success is to be achieved: “You're either the hunter or the hunted, you're either hunting client contact or you're waiting to be hunted out. We often speak about leadership, and there is a plethora of resources, books written on this subject matter, and in fact that's not what we mean at all, what we really mean is findership. You see, leadership deals in the realm of what we have… findership deals in the realm of deficiency."
